Hands down my FAVOURITE dessert I've ever made! The Ronald is a rich chocolate brownie, topped with Biscoff cream and toasted meringue.
So why the name? This one is named after my Dad. Dad loved chocolate, Biscoff is similar to a Dutch biscuit we loved and the only thing he could ever make was Pavlova. Stack that altogether and you get The Ronald!!
